There are many benefits with joining our team at Magical Enchanted Vacations, starting with a very competitive commission split (starting at earning 70% of commission for new agents, and earning up to 85% commission based on your previous 12 months earnings) - rest assured you will never earn less than 70%!
We also have no startup fees, monthly fees, or annual costs.... No fees.. Our agency's agent portal allows us the ability to offer a platform with no monthly costs... Our agents can become CLIA card eligible with a minimum of $1200 in earned commissions, and IATA card eligible with a minimum of $5000 in earned commissions. We also offer Errors and Omissions policy that covers our agency and agents at no cost to you ! *when operating under one of our insured names Magical Enchanted Vacations also plans each year to have an onsite training conference, either in Orlando or Anaheim.... This is where you can gather with a few dozen agents and learn more about our agency, the travel industry and some of our suppliers... We have guest speakers that represent some of our top suppliers that come in and showcase their products. We are also members of Travel Leaders Network, ASTA, and Family Travel Association to name a few... These 3 organizations offer free membership for our agents. Magical Enchanted Vacations is a registered Seller of Travel in Florida and California, and we offer guidance if you desire to have a SOT for any additional states. Magical Enchanted Vacations also provides each agent with an agent page on our agency website with the ability to include your own quote request form, all at no cost to you. |
